An advert that irritates me:

"Buy one of our kitchens and get a free range cooker!"

Now, I don't know about you, but when I hear the phrase "free range cooker", I get visions of double sized appliances wandering around the serengeti, avoiding lions and scavenging for their own food.

How much effort would it have been to say "this range cooker is free when you buy one of our kitchens!".

Tut, tut, tut!
